EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION – He was born in Delhi (India) and spent most of childhood in delhi.Ajay started in his hopitality career in 2004 with a diploma hotel manegment from General food production manpower development center Qutab Hotel New Delhi (Indian Tourism Development Corporation)

CAREER – since 2014 septemper to may 2015 he was working with fine dining restauant in ZAYKA. restaurant based in whaley bridge in high.

since april 2014 to september 2014 he was working with BEST WESTERN CUTLER HOTEL in shefiled.south yourshire. working capcitiy in hotel as a head chef and oping the new restaurant steel city dhaba.
Since August 2008 to April 2014 he was working with PUNJABI RASOI  Greswold park hotel as a head chef. Restaurant based in Birmingham Warwick road. a cocks green west midland.

Since November 17, 2007 to 20 august 2008 he is working in Indian cottage restaurant Portsmouth south sea Hampshire uk as a curry chef

Since June 2004 to November 2007 working with Le- Royal Meridian hotel in Zari Zardozi Abu Dhabi in UAE , Indian restaurant as a Chef De Party June 2003 to June 10 2004 with Taj groups of hotel and restaurant (New Delhi)

since june 2015 to april 2017 ajay was  a  head chef at Gurukha Dining restaurent in macclesfield United Kingdem…he is love to serve food with a nice plating…

now he recently join the new role as a head chef in bramhall.in may 2017 .BOMBAY TO MUMBAI.

he is lead the role as a head chef with the management of kitchen production and implementation of new products.with the director and owner of sandeep gursani.
